Anna’s Closet
This program collects new or gently worn work attire and accessories that are made available to individuals who are in need of appropriate clothing. Food items and personal hygiene supplies are also accepted to support those in need.
SC Thrive
Connects people to crucial benefits like access to fresh foods, tax preparation services, health insurance and other healthcare resources, money management classes and resources for seniors, military and veterans.
AccessHealth Lakelands
Provides case management by certified Community Health Workers, establishment and coordination of primary care providers and assistance with other barriers to obtaining optimal health.
FoodShare
An affordable Fresh Food Box program. Boxes are filled with a variety of fruits and vegetables, for $20 each with credit/debit or $5 each SNAP/EBT.

Colorectal Cancer Prevention Network
In partnership with the University of South Carolina, provides low-cost colorectal education, screenings and follow up. Physician referral required.
Lions Vision Services
Partners with the CRC to provide affordable eyeglasses, low-vision assistive technologies, eye surgery and vision screenings.
Second Harvest Food Bank
Partners with the CRC to provide free monthly food box giveaways.
